About me

I believe that every individual has a unique path to follow — no two journeys are the same. As a therapist, my role is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you uncover the strengths and resilience that already exist within you.

I understand that therapy is often not someone’s first choice for getting better, and that the first step can be the hardest. I strive to make the process as easy and approachable as possible. I feel grateful to guide people on their healing path and to support them in navigating life’s challenges at their own pace. Healing looks different for everyone — and that’s why I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support each person’s growth.

My integrative approach combines elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parts Work, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Theory. This holistic framework allows me to treat the whole person — mind, body, and emotion — and to address the root causes of pain, disconnection, and self-limiting patterns.

With a focus on trauma healing and the unique experiences of individuals, I aim to foster deep self-understanding, emotional regulation, and authentic empowerment — helping you break cycles rather than repeat them and move toward a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

I work with adults and teens (ages 12 and older) navigating trauma, complex trauma, personality disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, sexual dysfunction, OCD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, substance use, and teens with learning differences. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative — because your story matters, your pace matters, and your healing matters.

Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision — much like choosing a trusted companion. It’s about finding someone who understands your world and makes you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, authentic, and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to do the deep work of healing.
