This is also an excellent opportunity to ask questions or share concerns you may have. Remember, open communication is key to building trusting therapeutic relationship.
How does therapy work

What is expect of some in therapy
Healing and growth take time and consistency. To help build these essential foundations, please be aware that there is a late cancellation and no-show fee. This policy ensures that both the therapist and client respect each other's time. If there are late cancellations or no-shows, the client may be dismissed from the practice, but the therapist will guide them to alternative resources they are ready to return to therapy. Remember, therapy can be challenging, and it's important to understand that sometimes, we must push through discomfort to achieve.
